Ingredients:

  • 1 lb spaghetti noodles
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 jar (24 oz) marinara sauce
  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook spaghetti noodles according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  3. In a skillet, cook ground beef, onion, and garlic over medium heat until beef is browned. Drain excess fat.
  4. Stir in marinara sauce, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Simmer for 5 minutes.
  5. In a separate bowl, combine cream cheese, sour cream, and half of the Parmesan cheese.
  6. In a greased baking dish, layer half of the spaghetti, cream cheese mixture, meat sauce, and mozzarella cheese. Repeat layers.
  7. Sprinkle remaining Parmesan cheese on top.
  8. Bake for 30 minutes, or until bubbly and golden.
