These Creamy Vanilla Dream Puffs are a delightful twist on a classic dessert. Each puff is a perfect combination of light, airy pastry and rich, creamy vanilla filling that tantalizes your taste buds. Ingredients:

  • 1 stick butter (8 Tablespoons)
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 4 eggs
  • 1c flour
  • 1 pint heavy cream
  • 1 package (3.4 OUNCES) instant vanilla pudding
  • ⅓ cup milk

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Bring butter, water, and vanilla to a boil in a saucepan.
  3. Add flour and stir constantly until it forms a ball and leaves the side of the pot. Remove from heat and cool.
  4. Beat in eggs one at a time until smooth.
  5. Drop tablespoons of dough onto a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden and puffed. Let cool.
  7. For the filling, beat heavy cream, vanilla pudding powder, and milk until thick like whipped cream.
  8. Slice puffs in half, pipe or scoop in the cream filling, and dust with powdered sugar.
