Ingredients:

  • 2 cups powdered sugar
  • 1 1/2 cups peanut butter
  • 1 cup crushed chocolate cookies
  • 1/2 cup butter, softened
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 1/2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup vegetable shortening
Directions:
  1. In a bowl, mix powdered sugar, peanut butter, crushed chocolate cookies, butter, and vanilla extract until well combined.
  2. Roll the mixture into small balls and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Freeze for 30 minutes.
  3. Melt chocolate chips and shortening together in a microwave-safe bowl, stirring every 30 seconds until smooth.
  4. Dip each frozen ball into the melted chocolate, ensuring it’s fully coated.
  5. Place the chocolate-coated balls back on the parchment paper and let them set in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
