Step back in time with this Old Fashioned Butter Cake, a century-old gem from a 1910 McCall’s cookbook. This cake is a testimony to the timeless appeal of classic baking. Its fluffy, moist texture and rich, buttery taste make it a beloved choice for all who appreciate the simpler, yet deeply satisfying, pleasures of a well-made cake.

  5. Pour batter into prepared pans, dividing equally.
  6. Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean. Remove from oven.
