This Peanut Butter Brownie Pizza is a delightful twist on traditional dessert. With a rich, fudgy brownie base topped with a decadent layer of chocolate chips, candy bars, and colorful Reese’s Pieces or M&Ms, it’s the ultimate treat for any chocolate lover. The combination of gooey chocolate and crunchy candy creates a mouthwatering experience that’s perfect for parties or a special indulgence.
Ingredients:
For the Brownie Base:
- 2 oz unsweetened chocolate, melted
- 1/3 cup canola oil
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 3/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 tsp salt
For the Toppings:
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
- 1 cup chopped candy bars (such as peanut butter cups, Snickers, or 3 Musketeers)
- 1/4 cup Reese’s Pieces or M&Ms
Directions:
- Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly grease a 12-inch pizza pan or a baking sheet with a raised rim.
- Make the Brownie Batter: In a large bowl, whisk together the melted chocolate and canola oil until smooth. Stir in the granulated sugar until well combined. Beat in the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
- Combine Dry Ingredients: In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour and salt. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined. Be careful not to overmix.
- Pour and Bake: Pour the brownie batter into the prepared pan and spread it evenly to form a large circle. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out with moist crumbs.
- Prepare Toppings: While the brownie bakes, chop your favorite candy bars into bite-sized pieces.
- Top It Off: Once the brownie is out of the oven, let it cool slightly on a wire rack for about 5 minutes (it should still be warm but not hot). Sprinkle the top with chocolate chips, followed by the chopped candy bars. Add a festive touch by sprinkling with Reese’s Pieces or M&Ms.
- Cool and Slice: Allow the brownie pizza to cool completely for at least 30 minutes before slicing and serving. The chocolate chips and candy will harden as it cools.
