Ingredients:
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 4 oz mozzarella cheese, sliced or shredded
- 12–16 slices pepperoni
- 1/2 cup pizza sauce
- 4 burger buns
- 1 tablespoon olive oil or butter (for toasting buns)
- Optional: fresh basil, red pepper flakes
Directions:
- Preheat grill or skillet to medium-high heat.
- In a bowl, combine ground beef, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until just combined.
- Divide into 4 equal portions and form into burger patties. Create a small indent in the center of each.
