Ingredients:

  • 3 lbs boneless ribeye roast
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons fresh thyme, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons fresh rosemary, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Rub the ribeye roast with olive oil, and then coat evenly with minced garlic, thyme, and rosemary. Season generously with salt and pepper.
