Ingredients:
- 1 package frozen cheese ravioli (about 25-30 pieces)
- 2 cups marinara sauce
- 2 cups ricotta cheese
- 1 cup grated mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 egg
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
- 2 teaspoons dried Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Olive oil for greasing
Directions:
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Grease a baking dish with olive oil.
- In a bowl, mix ricotta cheese, egg, parsley, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Lay a layer of ravioli at the bottom of the baking dish.
- Spread a layer of marinara sauce over the ravioli.
- Spread half of the ricotta mixture over the sauce.
- Sprinkle with mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
- Repeat the layers, ending with a layer of ravioli and marinara sauce.
- Top with remaining mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
- Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 30 minutes.
- Uncover and bake for an additional 10 minutes, or until cheese is bubbly and golden.
