Ingredients:

  • 1 package frozen cheese ravioli (about 25-30 pieces)
  • 2 cups marinara sauce
  • 2 cups ricotta cheese
  • 1 cup grated mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
  • 2 teaspoons dried Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Olive oil for greasing

Directions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Grease a baking dish with olive oil.
  3. In a bowl, mix ricotta cheese, egg, parsley, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  4. Lay a layer of ravioli at the bottom of the baking dish.
  5. Spread a layer of marinara sauce over the ravioli.
  6. Spread half of the ricotta mixture over the sauce.
  7. Sprinkle with mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
  8. Repeat the layers, ending with a layer of ravioli and marinara sauce.
  9. Top with remaining mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
  10. Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 30 minutes.
  11. Uncover and bake for an additional 10 minutes, or until cheese is bubbly and golden.
