Ingredients:
- 4 ripe peaches, pitted and sliced
- 1 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice (about 4-6 lemons)
- 1/2 cup sugar (adjust to taste)
- 4 cups water (divided)
- Ice cubes, as needed
- Fresh mint leaves (optional, for garnish)
Directions:
- In a blender, combine the sliced peaches, sugar, and 1 cup of water. Blend until smooth.
- Pour the peach mixture through a fine-mesh strainer into a pitcher, pressing gently to extract as much juice as possible. Discard the pulp.
- Add the lemon juice and remaining 3 cups of water to the pitcher. Stir well to combine.
- Taste and adjust sweetness by adding more sugar if desired.
- Serve over ice and garnish with fresh mint leaves if desired.
