Ingredients:
- 1 cup sugar
- 6 tablespoons unsalted butter, room temperature, cut into pieces
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1 teaspoon sea salt
- 1 cup dark chocolate chips
Directions:
- Heat sugar in a medium saucepan over medium heat, stirring constantly with a rubber spatula.
- Once sugar is completely melted, immediately add the butter and whisk until completely melted, about 2-3 minutes.
- Very slowly drizzle in heavy cream while whisking. Allow the mixture to boil for 1 minute.
- Remove from heat, stir in sea salt, and allow to cool down before pouring into a lined 8×8 inch pan.
- Freeze for 1-2 hours.
- Once set, cut into bite-sized pieces and dip each into melted dark chocolate. Allow to set on a parchment-lined tray.
