Ingredients:
- 1 lb ground beef
- 4 medium potatoes, thinly sliced
- 1 large onion, sliced
- 1 can (15 oz) kidney beans, drained
- 1 can (10.75 oz) condensed tomato soup
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef. Season with salt and pepper. Drain excess fat.
- In a greased baking dish, layer half of the sliced potatoes, followed by half of the onion slices and half of the browned beef. Repeat the layers.
- Spread the kidney beans over the top.
- Pour the condensed tomato soup evenly over the beans.
- Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 1 hour.
- Uncover, sprinkle with shredded cheese, and bake for an additional 15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
