Ingredients:

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 egg
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup ketchup
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce

  • 1 teaspoon salt

Directions:

  2. Shape the mixture into a loaf.
  3. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Brown the meatloaf on all sides.
  4. Mix the beef broth and tomato paste together and pour over the meatloaf in the skillet.
