Ingredients:
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 egg
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/2 cup beef broth
- 2 tablespoons tomato paste
Directions:
- In a large bowl, mix together the ground beef, egg, onion, breadcrumbs, milk, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and thyme until well combined.
- Shape the mixture into a loaf.
