- 8 ice cream cones
- 1 cup crushed strawberry shortcake cookies
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 2 cups cream cheese, softened

- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1/2 cup strawberry jam

Directions:
- Mix crushed cookies with melted butter and press into the bottom of each cone.
