Ingredients:
- 24 jumbo pasta shells
- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup buffalo sauce
- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1/4 cup blue cheese, crumbled
- 1/4 cup celery, finely chopped
- 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Additional buffalo sauce and green onions for garnish
Directions:
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook pasta shells according to package instructions until al dente, then drain and set aside.
- In a bowl, combine shredded chicken with buffalo sauce, ricotta cheese, half of the mozzarella, blue cheese, celery, green onions, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Stuff each pasta shell with the chicken mixture and arrange in a baking dish.
- Sprinkle the remaining mozzarella cheese over the stuffed shells.
- Bake for 25 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Garnish with additional buffalo sauce and green onions before serving.
