Ingredients:

1 lb. ground beef

1 envelope taco seasoning mix

2 (8 oz.) cans Pillsbury crescent rolls

1 (16 oz.) can refried beans (jalapeño flavored)

2-3 cups shredded cheddar cheese or Mexican blend

1/2 cup chopped tomatoes

1/4 cup sliced black olives

4 green onions, chopped

Directions:

Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

Brown ground beef and drain. Mix in taco seasoning as directed on the package.

Unroll crescent rolls and arrange in an ungreased 11 1/2 inch x 16 1/2 inch jelly roll pan or cookie sheet. Form a crust by pressing the dough over the bottom and up the sides. Bake for 11-13 minutes until golden brown.

Microwave beans for 1 minute in a microwave-safe bowl. Spread beans over the warm crust.

Top with beef mixture, cheese, tomatoes, black olives, and green onion. Bake for another 3-6 minutes until cheese melts.

Serve immediately. Makes 12 main dish servings or 48 appetizers.
