Ingredients:
- 4 large russet potatoes
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons fresh thyme, chopped
- 2 tablespoons fresh rosemary, chopped
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Peel the potatoes and slice them thinly.
- In a saucepan, heat the heavy cream, butter, garlic, thyme, rosemary, salt, and pepper until the butter melts.
- Layer the potato slices in a baking dish, pouring a bit of the herby cream mixture over each layer.
