  • 2 cups elbow macaroni

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:

  1. In a large pot, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the onion, carrots, and celery, and sauté until vegetables are tender.
