- Chicken Bacon Ranch Stromboli
Ingredients:
- 1 pizza dough, store-bought or homemade
- 2 cups cooked, shredded chicken
- 6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup ranch dressing
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)
- Fresh parsley, chopped (optional, for garnish)
Directions:
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Roll out the pizza dough into a large rectangle on a floured surface.
- Spread the ranch dressing evenly over the dough, leaving a 1-inch border around the edges.
- Layer the shredded chicken, crumbled bacon, mozzarella, and cheddar cheese on top of the ranch dressing.
- Sprinkle with garlic powder for extra flavor.
- Carefully roll the dough into a log, starting from one of the long sides. Pinch the edges to seal the stromboli.
- Transfer the stromboli to the prepared baking sheet. Brush the top with the beaten egg to give it a golden-brown finish.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the stromboli is golden brown and cooked through.
- Let it cool slightly before slicing. Garnish with chopped parsley if desired.
