  1. Chicken Bacon Ranch Stromboli

Ingredients:

  • 1 pizza dough, store-bought or homemade
  • 2 cups cooked, shredded chicken
  • 6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup ranch dressing
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (optional, for garnish)

Directions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Roll out the pizza dough into a large rectangle on a floured surface.
  3. Spread the ranch dressing evenly over the dough, leaving a 1-inch border around the edges.
  4. Layer the shredded chicken, crumbled bacon, mozzarella, and cheddar cheese on top of the ranch dressing.
  5. Sprinkle with garlic powder for extra flavor.
  6. Carefully roll the dough into a log, starting from one of the long sides. Pinch the edges to seal the stromboli.
  7. Transfer the stromboli to the prepared baking sheet. Brush the top with the beaten egg to give it a golden-brown finish.
  8. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the stromboli is golden brown and cooked through.
  9. Let it cool slightly before slicing. Garnish with chopped parsley if desired.
