Ingredients:
- For the Crepes:
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 ½ cups whole milk
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tablespoon granulated sugar
- Pinch of salt
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted, plus more for cooking
- For the Chocolate Filling:
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 8 ounces high-quality dark chocolate, finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon powdered sugar (optional, for sweetness)
- For Garnish:
- Powdered sugar, for dusting
- Chocolate syrup or melted chocolate
- Blend flour, milk, eggs, sugar, salt, and melted butter in a blender until smooth. Let the batter rest for 15 minutes.
