These Nacho Cheese Beef Wraps are packed with bold Tex-Mex flavors, combining seasoned ground beef, tangy nacho cheese sauce, and crunchy Doritos all wrapped in a soft flour tortilla. The addition of crisp lettuce and a quick toast in the skillet creates a deliciously satisfying meal that’s perfect for any night of the week.
Ingredients:
- 1 pound lean ground beef
- 1 cup Nacho Cheese Sauce
- ½ cup sour cream
- 1 can Rotel (green chilis with diced tomatoes)
- ½ cup chopped green peppers
- ½ cup diced onions
- 1 packet taco seasoning mix
- Nacho Cheese flavored Doritos, crushed
- 4 flour tortilla wraps
- Shredded lettuce (for serving)
Directions:
- Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat, breaking it up as it cooks. Drain any excess fat.
- Add the chopped onions and green peppers to the skillet with the beef, sautéing for about 4 minutes until softened.
- Stir in the taco seasoning mix and cook for an additional 2 minutes until the beef is well seasoned.
- In a separate bowl, combine the Rotel and Nacho Cheese Sauce until well mixed.
- Lay out the four tortilla wraps on a flat surface.
- Spoon a layer of the Nacho Cheese mixture down the center of each tortilla.
- Top with the seasoned beef mixture, a dollop of sour cream, and a handful of crushed Nacho Cheese Doritos.
- Fold in the sides of each tortilla and roll up tightly like a burrito.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat and place the wraps in the skillet, cooking until crispy and golden brown on both sides, about 2-3 minutes per side.
- Serve the wraps immediately with shredded lettuce and any additional toppings of your choice.
