Ingredients:

For the Crust:

  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted

For the Filling:

  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 1/2 cups heavy whipping cream

For the Topping:

  • 1/2 cup whipped cream
  • 1/4 cup crushed peanuts or peanut butter cups for garnish

Directions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). In a medium bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press the mixture into a 9-inch pie pan to form a crust. Bake for 8-10 minutes, then cool completely.
  2. In a large bowl, beat the peanut butter, softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  3. In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Gently fold the whipped cream into the peanut butter mixture until well combined.
  4. Pour the filling into the cooled graham cracker crust and smooth the top.
  5. Chill the pie in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours, or until set.
  6. Before serving, top with whipped cream and garnish with crushed peanuts or peanut butter cups.
