- Peanut Butter Cream Pie
Ingredients:
For the Crust:
- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
For the Filling:
- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 cups heavy whipping cream
For the Topping:
- 1/2 cup whipped cream
- 1/4 cup crushed peanuts or peanut butter cups for garnish
Directions:
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). In a medium bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press the mixture into a 9-inch pie pan to form a crust. Bake for 8-10 minutes, then cool completely.
- In a large bowl, beat the peanut butter, softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Gently fold the whipped cream into the peanut butter mixture until well combined.
- Pour the filling into the cooled graham cracker crust and smooth the top.
- Chill the pie in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours, or until set.
- Before serving, top with whipped cream and garnish with crushed peanuts or peanut butter cups.
