Ingredients:

  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 2 ½ cups pecan halves, finely chopped

  • ½ cup pure maple syrup
  • 24 ounces chocolate almond bark
Directions:
  • FIRST STEP: In a large mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, brown sugar, maple syrup, and chopped pecans. Add melted butter gradually until the mixture can be shaped into balls.
  • SECOND STEP: Form the mixture into 1-inch balls and place on a tray lined with parchment paper. Chill in the refrigerator or freezer for one hour.
  • THIRD STEP: Melt the almond bark as per package instructions.
  • FOURTH STEP: Dip each pecan pie ball in the melted chocolate and place them back on the parchment paper. Allow to harden before serving.
