Ingredients:

  • 1 pound ground sausage
  • 2 cups bread crumbs
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 2 celery stalks, finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • 2 teaspoons sage, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon thyme, chopped
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large skillet, cook sausage over medium heat until browned. Set aside to cool.
  3. In a large bowl, combine bread crumbs, cooked sausage, onion, celery, parsley, sage, thyme, eggs, and chicken broth. Season with salt and pepper.
  4. Shape the mixture into balls, approximately the size of golf balls.
  5. Place the stuffing balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through.
